What does MeetFounders do for Startups?
Here at MeetFounders we aim to have startups connect with investors to move their idea forward and push brand awareness that will allow your company to gain incredible traction. We pick the ideal startups that show a positive range of knowledge, ideas that are unique and full of potential.
If you are picked by us, your team will receive two tickets to the event, a table dedicated to you where investors and other startups can network with you, and the opportunity to pitch your idea to those in attendance.

Before we can accept your application fully our startup team will first set up a call with you to discuss your startup, your goals and objectives.

Selection
Once the initial chat is over our team will then look through each application and choose those with the highest potential and excitement.

Welcome to a
MeetFounders event
Starting with a 30-second elevator pitch, judges will select the two best pitches and from there you will have 5 minutes to pitch and 5 minutes of feedback from VCs.

Networking
One aspect of our events we push heavily is our networking that takes place once the panels are over and the pitches have finished. A time set aside during the event that will allow VCs to network with your startup, sharing insight, ideas and more that will help guide you in the right direction.
Brand Awareness
World-renowned venture capitalists, investors and other startups will be attending our events. Your startup will also be published on our digital and physical handouts provided to those every venture capitalist in attendance and members (after the event). Pushing your business in front of the eyes of hundreds of people all looking for the next big thing.
Funding
Investors are always on the lookout for the next big idea and you have this once in a lifetime opportunity to get funded by one of these investors. If your startup idea peaks their interest during our event, they may wish to take things further and offer your startup funding/advice to get funded in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
+ What do I get for a pitch ticket
Your pitch deck will be sent to all VCs at the event as well as the attendees (Some of which will also be VCs). You will then be able to pitch LIVE in front of a panel of VCs who will be providing feedback after you have finished. You will also be receiving at least 1 additional FREE tickets for your team.
+ Can I attend without pitching?
Of course! We would love to have you attend our events. You can purchase a general attendee ticket. You can always pitch at future events!
+ Do you charge any additional fees?
The only fee we ask for is the price of the ticket. No hidden costs and no finders fee!
+ How many startups pitch at your events?
Each event has a maximum of 7 startups pitching at the event with tickets costing £199, £299 or £499 depending on the benefits you want.
+ How many VCs will be at the event?
We have 8-10 VCs attending all our events. These change every month, but we vet them to ensure you are meeting top investors who have funds to deploy. We also invite additional investors to attend as attendees.

+ How long is a pitch?
The pitch is 2.5 - 5 minutes long depending on your pitch level and is followed by an hour of networking time with the VCs so you can answer questions and get feedback. This will give you the opportunity to improve your pitch and help you on your path to getting funded by hearing from serious investors.
+ Can I request a refund?
If you are unhappy with your attendance, please email hello@meetfounders.co and I am sure we can find a solution together, like free access to a future event.
